Custom handcrafted surfboards made by Johan Elder in Montreal, Canada.
I use state of the art Epoxy resins and modern 2# EPS foam. By combining the properties of these two materials I can use a stronger glass schedule than off the rack boards and still end up with a final product that is the same weight or lighter, so you the customer gets a board that is more ding and pressure dent resistant and will keep its built in flex longer than a board made of Polyester, but light enough to swing around however you want.
When you order a custom board you will also get a board tailored for your body type, your skill level, the type of wave you will ride and the style of riding you prefer.
All this means you will get the best performance and the most fun out of your surfboard.
